Green Pea Rice
In
late Winter we get Green Pea.So we can easily make green Pea rice.Know
details….
1.Rice (Chini Gura),one cup.
2.Moog Dal (half cup).
3.Boiled Gree Pea(50 gram).
4.2 medium onion(chopped).
5.Green Chili(4pieces).
6.Ginger pest(1 tea spoon).
7.Oil (2/3 table spoon)

Making
process…..
Fry
dal in a dry pan and make brown. Wash rice and
fried dal and keep in net to leave water.Take two table spoon oil in a
pot and make it hot.Now put ginger pest and move with a wooden spoon .Now mix
chopped onions,chilies,and green pea in it and mix.Leave for 1/2 minutes.Now
mix rice, dal and make it move frequently.Ater 4/5 minutes add 5 cups of hot
water and one fifth of tea spoon salt in
it.Mix it properly.Now cover it for 8/12 minutes.When rice is boiled and dri
then with a spoon mix everything very slowly,less the fire and leave for few
minutes.Turn off oven and keep the pot on the oven with cover.
Rice
with green pea is very tasty dish.You can take with fried chicken or beep
curry.Children like it too.
Fried Rice is very popular to our children and young genaration.Its very easy to make too.
Fried Rice
We need-
1.Rice 500 gm
2.Cabbage one cup
(chopped)
3.Two Eggs
4.Onion with green
leaf
5.Carrot one two
(chopped)
6.Half of a cup
7.Fried rice
spices one table spoon
Method-
Step 1. Boil rice
with water when nearly tender,drain it.
Step 2.In a large pan
heat oil and add egg,stir-fri for less then a minute.
Step 3.fry vegetables
for one minutes
Step 4.In thet pan
add fried rice spices with boiled rice and others eggs, vegetables.mix
everything properly.Hold spoons in both hans stir and toss the rice.Now cover
and simmer for 4/5 minutes.Mix well before you
serve.
It’s a very tasty
dish so everyone like it.
