Mixed vegetables
 Mixed vegetable curry is a tasty and healty food.Its  nutritious too.
All will like it.
Special mixed vegetable curry:
Ingredients: 

(          1) Various  type of vegetables like bean, carrot, potato, tomato, papaya, cauliflower, green pea  etc.

(          2) Salt (as per quantity),Turmeric (1 forth of tea spoon),red chili (1 forth of tea spoon),white pepper(a little), soya sauce( 1 table spoon),tomato sauce (1 table spoon)

(         3) Green chili, coriander, onion(chopped)

(        4) Oil (1 table spoon),water (half cup).

Making process:

         At fast, peel potato and carrot and papaya and cut them into peaces. Now cut       another vegetables too. Boil them in water for five minutes. Now keep these vegetables in a jar to make water free.
     Now put a pan on oven and take one table spoon oil in it, add  onion, green chili, when the onion would be brown put boiled vegetables and mix it for a while. Now add red chili and turmeric and mix it with vegetables and cover it for two minutes to get color. Now add half cup of water.
Cover it for five minutes.
      Now spread soya sauce and tomato sauce on it and leave for five minutes. At last, spread coriander on it. Now its ready to serve.
     You can serve it with white rice, fried rice or poratha.
      



Fishcurry



      Bangladsh is a country of rivers.So many type of fishes are available here.People of this country like to eat fish too.They like cook fish and eat.Its a part of there life and culture.Here is a recipe of  simple but tasty and healthy fish curry that you can easily make at home.



Fish curry:

Ingredients:

1.     Pungash Fish (8 pieces)
2.     Chopped onion(half cup) and onion pest half cup.
3.     Green chili (6 pieces)and chopped coriander.
4.     Ginger pest(one table spoon)
5.     Garlic pest (half table spoon)
6.     Salt (as per quantity),Turmeric (half  tea spoon),red chili (1 tea spoon),white pepper(a little), tomato sauce (1 table spoon)
7.     Tomato 2pieces (sliced)
8.     A half cup yogard

Making process-

Step 1.
Wash the fish properly and manirate with salt and turmeric.Leave it for 10 minutes.Then  fry fishes with oil and make light brown.
Step 2. 
  Put a pan on oven and take oil in it.Now put chopped onion green chili and mix  it with a wooden spoon.Now add garlic pest,ginger pest,onion pest and mix it properly.Add turmeric and red chili.Leave for  minutes, No  put water (a glass) in it.It would be boiled and spices will be mixed properly.
    Step 3. 
    Now put the fried fishes in it and after five minutes pour the yogard and mix  with spoon.Put sliced tomato,white pepper and cover for five minutes.Now spread coriander on it.
Now a delicious fish curry is ready to serve.
